Having read the Directive and the UAPA, please take a moment to petition our government to ban geoengineering from our skies.
Having exceeded 2,000 signatures, this petition was personally delivered to 10 Downing Street on 5th May 2014.
It was redelivered, with around 5,000 signatures, on the 2016 Mayday Rally – UK Public Rejection of Geoengineering and the Petitioning of Parliament.

I agree we need to go after HAARP as it is likely that the spraying of particulate matter into the atmosphere is at least partly to do with the propagation of standing waves from the HAARP technology. Apart from the sickness that many people are experiencing from the spraying it is likely that the HAARP is also causing illness as that is one of its uses. It makes sense that while the HAARP is being used to cause bad weather it will also be causing health problems as a side effect. Migraine things like that in the short term and other more serious problems in the long run.
We shouldn’t rule out anything given the past record of government if they would spray poison over the British people and pay the French government to do the same to the French then they are morally bereft.
I agree we need to go after HAARP as well because these are basically working hand in hand. HAARP can cause earthquakes, change the Jet Stream, Tidal waves etc., Scientists in the USA have demonstrated how it works.

The way it works is this: on the out scurt’s of every city there are disused mobile phone antennas, as all mobile phones use direct satellite connections now…. these old antennas are being used to project electromagnetic signals… you can buy a meter that picks these signals up, once you find the ones that put out a signal, either pull down, cut its cables or wrap it in tinfoil.

9.During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
10.During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
Thank you Stuart, we believe you are correct. It seems by denying that the spray programs are real and carrying them out behind their secrecy act for so called security, they believe they are immune to prosecution. It is necessary for international lawyers to take this to court to stop this crime
By the time this goes to court we will be dead.
I am one of the organizers of the upcoming chemtrail common law court case. Rather than think about creating two separate cases, I think it might be best if we all worked together in the same court. This is an international issue, so people from all over the world can participate if they are interested.
We are gathering names of people that want to be participate in the chemtrail common law court. People can participate as citizen jurors or in some other way — depending on what their interest is. Once we have gathered enough names, we can start the interview process to determine who is best suited to participate in the court.

Good to see a steady increase of the petition signing, already a few hundred since I signed .
I think rather than just stating that we want it banned, we need a statement from someone about what is being sprayed and for what purpose, even though we already know quite a lot from mainly the incidents in the USA.
Someone needs to be told that even if they think they are acting in our best interest, it is not their world.
Yes we need more whistle-blowers and once they stop denying it is in effect we could move along a lot faster… Evidence is building and new websites are starting to expose this crime.
Youtube expose’s the crime, that’s what hurts the most its in “plane” sight. when I discuss these matters with friends it seems they don’t believe or they just don’t care, Even if it was false flagging and people making assumptions it still should be investigated and documented for evidence beause if true it could very well be the cause of these illnesses that are very rare or even never heard of before is some cases. (( we all know this is undoubtedly happening hundreds of reports from across the globe and I myself have witnessed first hand)) at around 3am-5am I seen two planes flying east, one which was closer to me near enough directly above and the other plane was on the first planes right side, I would estimate half a mile from one another maybe even less but both heading east, they were releasing highly visibly emissions, bare in mind this is at night, with only the moons shine the trails looked very large bigger than any I’ve seen with out a doubt. The thing that convinces me more is the two planes flying in the same direction not very far from each other which I’ve never seen and I watch the night sky regularly its kind of a hobby for me, so I’ve seen many planes, some crossing each others path as if they were going to collide but never like I stated far above. If anyone actually took a minute or two to read this I appreciate you doing so, lets all remember YOU have the power WE as individuals come together as one and we can and will stop these barbaric war mongering governments who want nothing but money and natural resources to help them be king of castle so to say we are just pawns in this horrible game of there’s but it can and it will be stopped if not now, tomorrow or decades ahead we will one day be truly free without a care in the world just like it should be. Because mainstream media is not alerting us to many ecocidal programmes being perpetrated upon us without our consultation and consent, it is almost a moral duty to take an issue that is meaningful to us and do something positive to make a change, little and often. All the amazing websites have a take action page suggesting leafleting and talking, showing movies and writing to MP’s are all ways to do this.

This is clearly an area where it is difficult to get reliable information about what is or is not happening, so I will be happy to raise your concerns with the Department for Energy and Climate Change to see if any aerial spraying is being undertaken with their authority. I have spotted two things that need looking into which people may already know. The chemtrails seem to be spread over towns and cities and not in the country, this may mean that the agenda 21 population reduction is the aim as why would they not spray over the countryside if this was weather modifcation to stop global warming. The elites lie so they can carry out their hidden agendas and this is very scary. You can also look in the sky on the same day and see one plane without anything coming out of the back right next to another that has a thick chemtrail cloud that expands and stays in the sky. Chemtrails are real people need to wake up and look at the UN’s agenda 21 which lists humans as the enemy of the environment and the planet!
We have noticed them in the country and surmise it is a programme to attain more than one end.
Also look at GMO this is another agenda 21 directive – see the film Seeds of death on Youtube – The UK has now allowed GMO seed into the food supply and all the supermarkets except waitrose admit that they cannot source supplies that are GMO free. This is a massive scandal as rats and animals that were fed GMO’s died within weeks and it also poisons the environment destroying organic farms as the GMO seed is blown into other farms. When are children are older there will be no organic food and we will be forced to eat GMO which also causes sterility in following generations – aganda 21 population control – do not trust your governments.
Please stop spraying our land with anything. All those complicit in geo-engineering & weather warfare need to be dragged through the streets & then locked up & forced to eat GMO’s & processed food for the rest of their days. Do they think chemtrails will slow down the Iceland larva rift and volcano activity from heating up the sea floor around the Northern ice cap. So it was not the ozone that we should have being worried about but the sea floor melting the deep frozen methane beds damaging the ozone and of course melting the northern ice cap rising the global water levels. Problem is water flows to the equator where supposedly more global centrifugal throw out.

Firstly, chemtrail are not designed for mind control….not of our minds anyway. They are our only protection against alien invasion. We have been transmitting information about our planet into space for over a hundred years. Now any aliens within 100 light years know all about us. Chemtrail are sprayed to block radio waves propagating into space, save for those we let through. Since the first episode of Star Trek, we have only been allowing transmissions of science fiction film and TV programs that show a highly advanced civilisation to escape from our planet. Now, any aliens picking up signals will, as they get closer to Earth, see us as a highly advanced civilisation not to be messed with. If they ever get to see Mr Bean, we are doomed…..
Unfortunately, one side effect of chemtrail spraying is that it makes highly enlightened individuals ill; folks such as those who know that the moon landings were faked (another clever ruse, giving a believable timeline leading to our invention of warp drive) However, it’s a small price to pay for humankind’s survival.
Secondly, although as an airline pilot I have a vested interest, the commercial effects of banning chemtrails would be devastating. How do you think the aviation industry survives? Do you really believe your €50 ticket to Tenerife is going to pay for a €200 000 000 aircraft? Of course not. It’s subsidies from shadowy government organisations, the Masons and the Knights Templar that keep commercial aviation going. And Boeing and Airbus would go out of business, you would have to cycle or take a boat on your holidays, and people from New Zealand would stay home instead of serving beer in your local pub.
So before you sign, consider all the facts. The future of the planet and cheap holidays depends on it.

if 7000 signatures have already been delivered to Downing Street, why are we still witnessing cloud seeding day in, day out 24/7? In fact, the situation has got worse and worse. the petition to downing street has done nothing to ban this crime against humanity.

Anyway, please help me overcome my ignorance about your statement that “Credible websites won’t ask for money.” I think the only way you can confirm that bold statement is to go through all the websites on the internet that ask for money and, for each one, prove that they’re not credible. Pleaes come back once you’ve done that…
